Robin is an experienced, international business executive with an extensive track record of delivering commercial, operational and financial business transformation programmes, gained over some 38 years with blue chip companies such as BP, The IET and AWE.
He has held senior executive roles managing the P & L of large, complex and often high hazard businesses across a wide range of sectors – nuclear, energy, manufacturing, oil & gas services and defence. Robin`s former roles include Managing Director of BP’s Refining and Petrochemical complex in Grangemouth, Scotland.
Robin is now focused on coaching and mentoring the next generation of business leaders. This includes advising on employee engagement; performance improvement; strategy and business development; leadership development; transformational change; and board effectiveness.
Robin has been CEO many times and is an experienced board member with extensive background in corporate, not for profit, joint venture and NGO governance structures.
He has considerable first-hand experience of delivering business improvement, turnaround and transformational change programmes across a wide range of sectors, geographies and business models. In every case, these were underpinned by high performing teams aligned to a clear strategy with a bias for action and a passion for what they were doing. He has made leadership development a personal crusade over a long and successful career.

Over the past 25 years, Andrea has held a number of influential roles, including Chief Executive of the Scottish Police Services Authority and Head of Environment for the City of Edinburgh Council.
Andrea currently teaches organisations Behavioural Management Techniques (BMT) to get the results they want by focusing on people, not processes. BMT is a blend of applied behavioural analysis and project management. She provides coaching to individuals and teams, delivers BMT training and runs health checks on organisations. She is also a regular keynote speaker at conferences across the UK.
A civil engineer by profession, Andrea’s experience spans engineering, construction, utilities, policing, forensics, local government, central government, training, and environmental services. She has a reputation for delivering significant change and, throughout her career, has been headhunted several times to improve an organisation’s performance. Such cases range from the modernisation of front line operational workforces at Edinburgh Council to the merger of nine regional police forces to form the Police Service of Scotland.
Dawn Mackenzie is a Career Transition specialist. She has assisted clients in progressing their careers for over thirty years, focusing primarily on career counselling and outplacement support for the past sixteen years. She is a certified Myers and Briggs practitioner in psychometric testing.
Starting her career at Rothmans International, Dawn gained a solid grounding in sales and marketing before moving into recruitment with Drake International in London. Quickly identifying a niche in the Scottish market, she launched two recruitment companies – First Personnel in 1985 and The Personnel Partnership in 1995. Both became leading Scottish recruitment firms, before they were bought by UK employment agencies looking to gain a foothold in the Scottish market.
Since then, Dawn has used her significant business and people management experience to develop specialisms in career counseling and outplacement support. She also undertakes recruitment assignments at middle management level.
